These terms are an agreement between you and [Company legal name] ("Video Sapiens", "we"). By using our website or Chrome extension, you agree to them.
1. What Video Sapiens is
A tool for short-form creators to find videos that did far better than usual, save them, organize them, and find them again. We show information about publicly available videos and link to the original. You watch videos on the original platform.
2. Your account
- You need an account to save videos, use filters and open originals. Keep your sign-in email secure.
- You are responsible for activity on your account. Tell us if you think someone else is using it.
- You must be at least 13 (16 in the EU/UK).
3. What you can and cannot do
You may use Video Sapiens for your own creative planning and research.
You may not:
- Copy, scrape or bulk-export data from Video Sapiens, or use automated tools to access it, except through features we provide.
- Use Video Sapiens to download, re-upload or redistribute other people's videos.
- Interfere with the service, try to get around limits or locked features, or access other people's accounts.
- Use Video Sapiens in a way that breaks the law or the terms of Instagram, TikTok or YouTube.
4. Other people's content
Videos, captions, thumbnails and account names belong to their owners. Video Sapiens shows limited information about public videos and links to them so you can find and study them; it does not give you any rights to that content. If you believe something on Video Sapiens infringes your rights, contact support@videosapiens.ai and we will review it promptly.
5. Your content
Your notes, collections and saves are yours. You give us permission to store and process them only to run Video Sapiens for you.
6. Free and Pro
- Video Sapiens is free to use. Some features are marked Pro and are not available yet.
- Joining the Pro list ("Notify me") is not a purchase and does not charge you. If you join, we will email you when Pro opens and offer the Founding price of $15/month for as long as you stay subscribed. Separate payment terms will apply then.
- We may change free features in the future, but we do not plan to take away what is free today.
7. Numbers and analysis
Badges, multipliers ("12× usual"), view counts and automatic readings of videos are estimates from public data and may be incomplete or out of date. Do not rely on them as exact figures.
8. Availability and changes
We may change, pause or stop parts of Video Sapiens. We will try to give notice of major changes. The extension depends on how Instagram, TikTok and YouTube display their pages; badges may stop working when those sites change.
9. Ending
You can stop using Video Sapiens and delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
10. Disclaimers and liability
Video Sapiens is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to [the greater of the amount you paid us in the last 12 months or US$50]. [자문: 소비자 보호 예외 문구]
